Jake joined Apogee Equity Partners in 2026. He brings a background in real estate acquisitions and transaction support to the Apogee team.

As Brokerage Coordinator, Jake plays an integral role in supporting the firm's sell-side engagements, managing CRM operations, preparing Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), coordinating buyer and seller outreach, and overseeing listing platform management. His efforts help ensure each transaction is supported by a streamlined, professional process from start to finish.

Prior to joining Apogee, Jake gained hands-on experience in real estate acquisitions and disposition, working across multiple markets in the Southeast. He also brings entrepreneurial experience as the co-owner of a seasonal events and catering business.

A University of South Carolina graduate, Jake combines transaction experience with a practical, client-focused approach that aligns well with Apogee’s commitment to serving business owners during one of the most important transitions of their lives.
