The Company is a residential-focused provider of plumbing and HVAC service and replacement. Prior to the transaction, the business was owned equally by brothers David Rotan, Derek Rotan, and Diron Rotan. D&D Home Services has built a strong market presence, a tenured team, and a reputation for quality service that has earned the trust of generations of customers.
