Apogee Equity Partners Advises on the Sale of Baystate Energy Reduction

Columbia, SC (April 21, 2026) — Apogee Equity Partners, a leading M&A advisory firm, announces the successful sale of its client, Baystate Energy Reduction LLC (“Baystate Energy Reduction” or the “Company”), a provider of residential insulation and weatherization services throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The Company was acquired by Erinn Woodcock of Complete Home Comfort, LLC.

Erinn Woodcock is also the owner of TF Complete Heating and Cooling, based in Franklin, Massachusetts. The acquisition of Baystate Energy Reduction represents a strategic tuck-in acquisition for TF Complete Heating and Cooling, expanding its service offerings and strengthening its presence in the home energy efficiency market.

Established in 2016, Baystate Energy Reduction specializes in improving residential energy efficiency through comprehensive attic and basement insulation, air sealing, and weatherization services. The Company has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and measurable energy savings for homeowners across its service area.

Baystate Energy Reduction was founded and owned by Doug Stewart prior to the Company’s acquisition.
